Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
Section 14 — EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions under EU law that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.
