These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of celiol.com and any purchases you make from our women’s clothing collections.

By browsing our store or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order; anyone under 18 may only use the site under parental or guardian supervision.

2. Our Products & Listings

• Product photography, descriptions, and size guides are provided as a general reference for our women’s clothing range.
• Colours and fabric textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen calibration.
• We make every effort to keep listings accurate, but cannot guarantee they are entirely free of errors at all times.

3. Stock & Availability

• All garments are offered subject to available stock.
• We may adjust quantities or remove a listing at any time without prior notice.
• If an item is unavailable after checkout, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

4. Pricing & Currency

• Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP, or USD depending on your location.
• Listed prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery fees are calculated and added at checkout.
• Prices do not include import duties or VAT that your destination country may charge if your order ships from outside the EU — see Section 7 and our Shipping & Delivery page.
• We may update prices at any time; you will be charged the price shown at the time you confirm your order.

5. Payment

• Payment is collected when you submit your order.
• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
• We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
• All payment data is transmitted using industry-standard SSL encryption.

6. How Orders Work

Placing an Order: Add items to your bag → proceed to secure checkout → enter your delivery and billing details → review your selection → complete payment → receive your order confirmation.

Confirmation & Refusal: A binding sales contract is formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

7. Shipping, Transit & Customs Duties

We ship to Romania, all EU member states, the United Kingdom, and additional countries listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated timelines: processing 1–3 business days; international transit 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Some orders ship from logistics centres outside the EU. Your destination country may charge import duties, customs fees, or VAT on arrival — these are not included in your checkout total and are your responsibility as the recipient.

8. Delivery Problems

• If a parcel is lost or arrives with concealed damage, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• If external damage is visible on arrival, note it on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 24 hours.
• We will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel is successfully delivered to your specified address.

9. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your garment(s), no reason required. To exercise this right, notify us at reachus@celiol.com before the deadline. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s). Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the return. Items that cannot be returned include personalised garments and hygiene-sealed products opened after delivery.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect garment, contact us within 7 days of delivery at reachus@celiol.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will offer a full refund (including shipping) or a free replacement with a prepaid return label, resolved within 48 hours.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on celiol.com — including product photography, editorial imagery, copy, and design — is the property of ROYALFORT S.R.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
